Insurance lawsuits increasing outside of the U.S.

Recent evidence suggests that insurance lawsuits are increasing outside of the U.S.  U.S.A. today has an article in which Lloyd's of London CEO Richard Ward answers questions from management reporter Del Jones.

It is a nice topic. Insurance is one means of dealing with risk. The fundamental principle of insurance is a pooling of risks.
Our aim is to provide a reference source for each state and province that covers some of the general insurance principles in leading case decisions. We search for law firms that are of excellent reputation and sufficient size to undertake and fulfill the responsibility of revising the laws.
